The Board of Supervisors created the Administrative Services Department in 2002 to provide consolidation of several public services. Under general administrative direction, the Administrative Services Director plans, manages, and oversees the activities and operations of the Administrative Services Department.
In addition, the director provides advice and consultation to management and the Board of Supervisors in assigned program areas, coordinates assigned activities with other departments and outside agencies, and provides administrative support to other county departments and the County Manager.
