The ARIZONA@WORK One-Stop Career Center is a single point of entry to services and programs that prepare individuals for employment.Workforce Innovation & Opportunity Act (WIOA)
- Serves individuals from 14 to 72 years of age

- Youth Program
- Adult and Dislocated Worker Program
- Educational and Vocational Training
- Job Search / Referral Assistance
- Veterans - WIOA recognizes Veterans and their service. WIOA provides priority of service to each Veteran and/or their spouse to enter the workforce.
WIOA Levels of Service
Career Services consist of activities such as:Outreach, intake and orientation to the information and other services available through the One-Stop delivery system. Initial assessment of skill levels, aptitudes, abilities, and supportive service needs including referrals to other services as appropriate. Job search and placement assistance and where appropriate career counseling. Provision of employment statistical information relating to the local, regional and national labor market areas and provision of performance information and cost information on eligible providers of training services. Youth activities, adult education, post-secondary vocational education, educational activities available to school dropouts, and vocational rehabilitation services. Determining eligibility to receive assistance under WIOA Title I.
Training Services
Training Services are meant to assist the job seeker obtain formal skills in an in demand/high growth occupation in the local labor market. Upon successful completion of training job seekers are expected to secure competitive employment.
